We have a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their item. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on the destination, and we currently ship to France and selected international locations. Please note that shipments may be delayed during high volume periods.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original product and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
